Hey everyone!

Hope you're all well enjoying the sunshine and making summer plans, because we sure are!

This month's blog will be covering start up businesses.

When we network and we speak with friends and family, we have found that many people have great business ideas but don't know how to actually set a business up or operate one. So we thought we would dedicate this month to business start up discussions.

To build a strong business foundation, you will need to understand all aspects of business and be prepared to learn some new skills along the way to assist with your day to day operations. You will also need to have great leadership skills, inspire others, set clear goals and provide support and training to your team.

Firstly, do you have what it takes to be a business owner? It takes a time, patience and dedication to set goals and actually meet them on a regular basis. Do you have the knowledge and skills to operate a business? It takes a lot of blood, sweat and tears! And also the late nights working on your new project, my eye bags are proof of this lol!

There are also so many questions to ask yourself when setting up alone. Have you done competitor research? What will your business name be and have you drafted a business plan? Have you registered your business? How will you finance your dream plan?How will you brand and market your business and ideas? When and how will you launch your new product or service?

When asked these questions many people had no answer. It's all good having ideas, but we need to think about how will put those plans into place or they will just remain ideas floating around in our heads.

That's why we have created our 'Business Start Up Package', which is ideal for inspiring entrepreneurs and business owners who want to turn their dreams into a reality.

With our great package you will receive;

Companies House registration, including business name checking.

Logo design creation with 3 initial designs and 3 revisions.

and 20 hours of VA assistance.
